Lisgar is home to one of Mississauga’s major GO stations on the Milton line. While the trains don’t run as frequently as the Lakeshore line in the south of Mississauga, Lisgar station runs trains to Union during peak rush hour times. You can be downtown in 50 minutes and trains run from 630-815am and then 4-7pm on the way back. Where Lisgar suffers in terms of its location is that its isolated from the rest of the city.
