Mississauga Valley – also known as “The Valley” or “The Valleys” – is a mature, family-friendly neighbourhood just east of Mississauga City Centre that’s known for its reasonably-priced condos and its popular Community Centre.
Unsurprising given its name, Mississauga Valley sits in a dip in the city’s terrain. Being geographically lower than its surrounding neighbourhoods and having parks and high-rise condominium towers enclose it, gives Mississauga Valley a sense of autonomy and isolation from the larger City of Mississauga around it.
Mississauga Valley is an all-around comfortable place to live because it offers a lot of amenities within walking distance or a short drive, schools and public transit are close to most residences, housing is reasonably-priced and residents benefit from being close to some of Mississauga’s biggest attractions like Square One Shopping Centre and the Living Arts Centre while being removed enough to avoid the heavy congestion of the City Centre.
